I meant to upload this months ago and totally forgot. Once I teach myself some html, I'll be able to implement this whole thing to the blog. For the time being I'm just using the header, background and colors for the content boxes.
Like pretty much the rest of the world, I'm in love with Portal 2. And while I love Wheatley and GlaDos, I'll always have a soft spot for the sweet-voiced turret. This is the first part of a Portal 2 triptych.
Edit: The colors on this look really awful on the internet. Tried several file types and nothing seems to be working =/ Here's a screenshot of the actual file compared to the internet version.
The last piece for my thesis! My cousins and I used to see who could throw those little invasive potatoes the farthest into the canal behind my grandma's house. Clearly, we were actually playing baseball with the alligators.
So when I was a toddler, I got "stuck" (read: not stuck at all) in this weird hole-y table at my grandma's house. Being a toddler, I flipped out. When my mom came running to my screams, she just laughed and took my picture. I was so mad at her.
Aaand yet another thesis piece. My grandma liked to tell my cousins and I bedtime stories that weren't really appropriate for young children (or bedtime). We got so scared we ran up stairs and slept on the couch.
And now for something completely different! Had originally planned to enter this into Jinx's Cataclysm t-shirt contest, but about three quarters of the way through realized it'd be difficult to silkscreen. Oh well, ended up finishing it anyway.
Deathwing is, by far, the coolest dragon ever. You cannot convince me otherwise.
Here's where that damask pattern got used. Business cards! In the perfect world, the damask pattern on the back would be glossy, but we all know that isn't going to happen.
So I've decided to venture into the world of prop making, as if I didn't already have a ton of other things to do. I've made a second blog to document my trials and errors here.
I'll also have new paintings comin next week when I get my hands on a decent scanner.
